Park Seo Joon and IU are currently gearing up for their upcoming film, Dream. The sports-themed film has been in development for quite some time now. However, this is the first time that we have had any updates on the film. According to the web, the film is made with principal photography. And now the production company has released some BTS moments for fans. Plus, this will be the second time that Park Seo Joon and IU will share the screen again. Previously, the two were seen together in an advertisement for Soju (Korean alcohol). Since then, fans have been buying them. Now, they’re waiting for the duo to appear in the feature film.

Recently, Dream shared a behind-the-scenes script reading event. The main cast, along with the other cast members, are also featured in the video. The two actors are seen deeply emerged in their roles as they rehearse a scene from the film.

Dream is an upcoming South Korean sports comedy film. Lee byung hun (Be meloramatic, twenty years old) directed and wrote the film. Meanwhile, Oktober Cinema Co. Ltd. is the production company behind the project. Filming began in May 2020 and ended in October 2020, in South Korea. Other additional scenes were to be shot in Hungary or Colombia, depending on the situation.

Dream release date, plot and cast

The next South Korean film, Dream, does not have a release date yet. But, the film is looking for a release date in 2021. So we can expect Dream to be released in the second half of 2021. We’ll be sure to drop the release date as soon as it arrives.

The film will revolve around the life of a Yoon Hong Dae (Park Seo-Joon). After getting involved in an unexpected case and receiving disciplinary probation, he was hired as a coach of a special national football team. The team is filled with homeless people who have never held a ball before. However, Yoon Hong Dae must now train them to win the Homeless World Cup, an annual international football event.

Park Seo Joon and IU (Lee Ji Eun) will star. Lee Hyun Woo, Kim Jong Soo, Ko Chang Seok, Jung Seong Kil, Hong Ahn Pyo, Yang Hyun Min, Heo Joon Seok, Lee Ha Nee and Baek Ji Won are also in the film. Additionally, actor Kang Ha Neul will be making an appearance.

Park Seo Joon plays Yoon Hong Dae, a professional footballer on disciplinary probation. Meanwhile, IU will play Lee So Min, an aspiring production manager (PD), who wants to make a documentary.

The video opens with Park Seo Joon rehearsing his lines as Yoon Hong Dae. This is a scene he shoots for Lee’s documentary So Min. Yoon Hong Dae feels uncomfortable acting in front of the camera as he feels conscious while filming. Meanwhile, Lee So Min is happy and upbeat no matter what. In the video, most of Park Seo Joon’s lines were about him complaining about the lines (script). Therefore, the video was clarified and asked not to get confused.

Jung Seung Gil and Park Seo Joon lit up the room with the film’s cute duo as they revise their lines. Plus, he and IU also get into some funny scenes while reading their lines.

Park Seo Joon and IU are both very popular among Kpop and Kdrama fans. Seo-Joon wowed fans with her “perfect boyfriend” charms in dramas like She was pretty, what’s wrong with secretary Kim, and Fight for my way. On the other hand, IU is the nation’s little sister. She is not only a great actress, but one of South Korea’s most successful soloists. She has been part of dramas like Hotel Del Luna, My Sir, and more.
