“Home – a place where daily joys have no limits,” says Godrej properties in new ad


Real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. announced the launch of its “Everyday Joys – Jahaan Khushiyan Badi Hoti Hai” digital brand campaign. The campaign presents GPL’s goal of creating spaces that enable everyday joys; one community, one family and one house at the same time.

GPL has created three digital video ads, which capture the beauty of the everyday family moments we all enjoy in our homes. They reinforce the fact that a home is an integral part of many of our best memories. While life’s milestones occasionally happen, everyday joyous moments are what keep us going. Everyone has their favorite corner, daily routines and ideal family moments at home and the movies try to capture those moments.

Commenting on the campaign, Mohit Malhotra, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, said, “Our goal of bringing joy into the lives of our clients comes beautifully to life in these films. Brand Godrej Properties has always enjoyed the trust of its clients, and now we are creating a strong and unique brand association through the “Everyday Joys” campaign. With these films, we ask viewers to pause and savor the little moments of joy, and realize that this is what a house is – a place where everyday joys have no limits.

Those moments were beautifully articulated and turned into three DVCs by the Ogilvy India team, who brought their world-class expertise to the table. The films are released on digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

Sharing his thoughts on this campaign, Anurag Agnihotri, Managing Partner – Creative (West), Ogilvy India, said: “Inspired by the wonderful purpose of Godrej Properties, we decided to focus on the little moments that spark joy in a House. These are not life changing events, but everyday things that are magical. It was this thought that gave birth to these films and their signature – Jahaan Khushiyaan Badi Hoti Hain.
