Good Glamm Group acquires majority stake in Organic Harvest
Good Glamm Group, the South Asian commerce content conglomerate, has acquired a majority stake in Organic Harvest, the Indian ECOCERT certified beauty and personal care brand. Good Glamm will invest an additional Rs 75 crore in growing the brand. This marks Good Glamm Group’s entry into the Organic BPC category.
Launched in 2013 by Rahul Agarwal, Organic Harvest will continue to operate as an independent entity. Over the years, the brand has served over 2 million customers through 10,000 PINs in India. Organic Harvest Founder and CEO, Agarwal, will work closely with Darpan Sanghvi, Priyanka Gill and Naiyya Saggi, Co-Founders of Good Glamm Group, as well as Sukhleen Aneja, CEO, Beauty & FMCG Brands, Good Glamm Group, to accelerate the presence of Organic Harvest in India. and globally.
The partnership between Good Glamm Group and Organic Harvest was born out of a common vision of the founders to leverage Content-to-Commerce to exponentially grow the Organic BPC category. Organic Harvest was primarily an offline first brand. Now part of the Good Glamm group, Organic Harvest will be able to leverage the group’s large digital audience of 88 million annual POPxo users, 100 million ScoopWhoop users and Baby Chakra’s community of 20 million mothers and the network of 10,000 doctors and 1.5 million Good Creator Co. influencers.
