Capgemini, a global leader who is partnering with companies to transform and manage their businesses by harnessing technology, has announced that it will lead a clustered campus campaign for BCA and BSc graduates – lot 2022.

Capgemini in India has more than 150,000 employees spread over 13 sites: Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Salem and Tiruchirappalli.

The last registration date is December 12th. The company will issue a CTC of ??275,000.00 per year.

Eligibility criteria:

Only candidates graduating from the 2022 class can apply.

Qualification – BCA or BSc (open for Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Statistics, Mathematics only).

Should be 55% and above in graduation (up to 4 semesters or 2 years).

Should be open to signing a 2 year service level agreement upon joining

Must be flexible to work from any Capgemini location, across technology / domain and must be flexible to work in teams.

The candidate must not have more than a year gap between XII and graduation

The candidate has appeared twice for XII, will be considered provided the two score sheets are available

The candidate should not take more than 3 years to complete the BCA / BSc

The candidate must not have a backlog when appearing for the process

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test assessment / selection process

The entire selection process, from test to interview, will be done in virtual mode

Candidates will be responsible for organizing the infrastructure required for the virtual hiring process.

Assessment process:

Step 01: English communication test based on multiple choice questions

Step 02: Aptitude test based on the game

Step 03: Behavioral Competency Profiling

Step 04: Interview process

Depending on the company, only candidates who have passed the test assessment (step 1 to step 2) will be invited to the interview.
